3. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

  • 30 days: Digital marketing, SEO services guarantee
  • 7 days: Hosting services, custom hardware solutions
  • 90 days: Installation warranty, service guarantee

Refunds are available within the above timeframes, subject to service type and completion status. Partial refunds may apply for work in progress or milestone-based projects.

4. Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within the applicable timeframe via email or online form.
  2. Required Information: Provide order/invoice number, reason, and supporting documentation.
  3. Review Process: We investigate within 5-10 business days, with a 48-hour initial response.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Completed custom projects (after client approval)
  • Third-party licenses (software, plugins, themes)
  • Domain registrations (after successful registration)
  • SSL certificates (after activation)
  • Training services (after completion)
  • Custom-built hardware (after approval)
  • Opened software (license keys activated)
  • Damaged products due to misuse or normal wear

6. Conditions for Returns

  • Physical products must be in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation, and no signs of damage or misuse.
  • Return authorization required before shipping.
  • Services must not have received final deliverables and be within the cooling-off period.

7. Warranty & Defective Products

  • Manufacturer warranty applies to all hardware.
  • Installation warranty: 90 days on our installations.
  • Free replacement for manufacturing defects.
  • Bug fixes free for 30 days post-delivery (web development).
  • Technical support included for first 30 days.

8. Dispute Resolution

  1. Escalate to Senior Management for review.
  2. Additional 5 business days for review.
  3. Final written resolution provided.

9. Cancellation Rights

  • Full refund minus 5% admin fee if cancelled before work starts.
  • Charges apply for completed work if cancelled during development.
  • No refund once deliverables are approved.
  • Monthly plans: 30-day notice required.
  • Annual plans: Pro-rata refund for unused months.
  • Setup fees: Non-refundable.

10. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: Alternative arrangements or credits may be offered instead of refunds.
  • Business Closure: All prepaid services will be refunded proportionally.
  • Regulatory Changes: Policy may be updated to comply with new US regulations, with 30-day notice to clients.
